In the bath: dissolve 2-5 handfuls (250-500g) in warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes or longer.

As a foot soak: dissolve 1-2 handfuls (100-250g) in warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Our Magnesium Flakes are fragrance free and naturally free from parabens, sulphates, silicones and artificial dyes. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend starting with a smaller amount and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Can I use Magnesium Bath Flakes if I am pregnant?

Magnesium chloride is naturally hygroscopic, meaning it attracts moisture from the air. This can cause the flakes to clump over time, but it does not affect the quality of the product. Always reseal the bag after use and store in a cool, dry place.
