DIY Magnesium Oil Spray for Effective Muscle Support

Ingredients You'll Need

  • 150g magnesium chloride flakes (our Magnesium Flakes are 100% Magnesium Chloride)
  • 100g water (distilled, filtered, or tap water)
  • Optional: 5–10 drops of essential oils (lavender, peppermint, or eucalyptus)
  • Spray bottle

Step-by-Step Instructions

Warm the Water

Heat the water slightly (not boiling).

 

Dissolve Magnesium Flakes

Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes and stir until fully dissolved.

 

Cool and Bottle

Let it cool, then pour into a spray bottle.

 

Add Essential Oils (Optional)

Add essential oils of your choice. Shake well.

 

Shake Before Use

Shake before each use.

 

How to Use

  • Spray 2–3 times on desired areas.
  • Massage into skin.
  • Can be used once or twice daily.

 

Tips for Effective Use

  • Stronger magnesium concentration may cause tingling initially.
