How do I find out how many VIBee credits I have?
To look at your credits you need to go into your account. Click on the top right corner (the person icon) and log into your account.
If on laptop/computer on the left hand side you'll see "My Credits" which shows your credit amount and history.
If on mobile there's a scrolling section which shows "My Profile, Delivery Address, My Orders" under this you’ll see 5 dots, if you scroll across this section, you’ll reach one called “My Credits” (in between “About the VIBee” and “How to Earn”. Click on this to open your credit amount and history.
 
I can’t log into my account 
When you’re trying to log in is it saying that the email address isn’t recognised? This might be that although you receive email updates about your credits gained you don’t have an active account with us. 
If you set up an account from scratch here: https://lucybee.com/account/register - using your email address, you'll be sent an email needing to verify that you'd like to create an account. Once you have verified your account you'll be able to log in and use your credits. 
To use the credits simply:
- Log in to your account
- Shop as usual
- Go to your basket and click on “Select option to redeem credits” and these will automatically be applied at checkout. 
You’ll also earn 5% of every order value in credits, to be used on future orders.

Option to redeem credits isn’t coming up
Sorry to hear this, can we check that you are logged in to your account (little person icon in the top right corner)? Once you are logged in, if you click on your bag (little bag top right corner), on the “Your bag” page just above the checkout button you should see the option to “Select option to redeem your credits”, click on this drop down and select your credits to use against your order.

VIBee credits not applying
Sorry to hear that your credits aren’t applying. Can we check to see if you are trying to use a discount code at the same time as using credits? Unless stated otherwise as per our T&Cs, VIBee credits cannot be used alongside discounts and promotions. This means they cannot be applied to any order during this time, though you will still earn 5% of the order value in VIBee credits to spend on future orders.

How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend you'll need to access your unique referral link, to do this you need to go into your account. Click on the top right corner (the person icon) and log into your account.
If on laptop/computer on the left hand side you'll see "Refer Friend".
If on mobile there's a scrolling section which shows "My Profile, Delivery Address, My Orders" under this you’ll see 5 dots, if you scroll across this section, you’ll reach one called “Refer Friend” (in between “How to Spend” and "My Skin Profile".
From here you'll see a section which has a referral link available, copy this and send it to your friend for them to create an account. They must create their account through this link otherwise your accounts won't be linked and you won't get the £10 referral credits and they won't get their additional £5 referral credit. 
T&Cs apply, please note: you can only refer a friend who is not a current VIBee account holder & has not previously purchased from Lucy Bee, self-referrals are not allowed and credits can be removed.

 

How to get credits

Earn V-I-Bee reward credits to spend, as thanks from us to you for your loyalty.

  • Create an account (registration) - £5
  • Birthday - £5
  • Refer friends - £10 for you and £10 for your friend (given as £5 welcome and £5 for being referred) read more about refer a friend below to find out how to use it
  • Credit on order – 5% of every order value added to your account to spend on future orders

 

Register for an account and join the Lucy BeeHive, and we’ll give you credits worth £5 - you can spend this on your first order, and will need to refresh the page to see the credit added to your account. Other benefits of having an account include:

-You can save your delivery address details for a quick checkout

Refer a friend - send your unique link to your family and friends (this link is found in your VIBee account). Your friend receives £10 VIBee credit (given as £5 welcome credit and £5 for being referred) when they sign up through your link, which can be spent on their first order along with any other credits they have. After your friend places an order, you will receive £10 in credits which is automatically applied to your VIBee account. T&Cs apply (please note: you can only refer a friend who is not a current VIBee account holder & has not previously purchased from Lucy Bee).

 

Earn credits every time you order – every Lucy Bee customer is a V-I-Bee and as thanks for your loyalty we will give you 5% of your order total in credits each time you order. This means the more you spend, the more you earn back!

 

How to spend your credits

-Log into your account and shop as usual

-Go to your basket and click on "select option to redeem your credits"

-Click on your credits

-Click on checkout to automatically redeem your credits 

You can redeem your credits on any order value, though these cannot be used if purchasing samples only. If your credits total more than the order value the balance will be saved in your account.

Please note: as what is usual with online shopping, credits cannot be used with any other discount code, including promotions on the site.

Unused VIBee credits between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023: Expiry on the 14th November 2024

If you already use your Lucy Bee V-I-Bee credits this doesn’t affect you. We are notifying you that any credits that haven’t been used that were earned between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023 will expire in 3 months time (on the 14th November 2024). 

How to spend your credits: 

  1. Log in to your account first and then shop as normal
  2. Go to your bag and click on ‘select option to redeem your credits’
  3. Click on the amount of available credits you have 
  4. Click on checkout to redeem your credits

Please note:

- Birthday credits have a 12 month expiry date (364 days), and are given once a year per customer, we reserve the right to remove credits if you have multiple accounts.

- VIBee credits cannot be used if purchasing samples only.

- VIBee credits cannot be used to purchase eGift Vouchers from our online shop

- As with what is usual with online shopping, VIBee credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, and from time to time may be switched off during promotions. You will still earn 5% back on all orders placed over promotions. Full T&Cs here
