Ingredients: 

240g (1 cup) Epsom Salts 

120g (½ cup) Magnesium Bath Flakes 

10 drops lavender essential oil 

A handful of dried lavender petals  

 

Instructions: 

Mix the salts and flakes in a bowl. 

Add the essential oil and dried lavender, stirring gently. 

Store in an airtight jar. 

Add 2–3 handfuls to warm bath water and soak for 15–20 minutes.
