How to use

Use either in the bath or as a foot soak.

In the bath: dissolve 2-5 handfuls (250-500g) in warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes or longer.

As a foot soak: dissolve 1-2 handfuls (100-250g) in warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place. Reseal the pack after every use. The salts are hygroscopic and may clump naturally without affecting quality.

Amazing!! Great quality and love the packaging too

Another “keeper” in my range. Only started using recently and think these are brilliant. Much better than similar products on the market. Have tried as a foot bath / soak as per instructions and that is perfect in hot and cooler temps we are having this spring / summer. Salts are high quality which you can see once you open the packet. Step-by-Step Instructions
Warm the Water
Heat the water slightly (not boiling) to dissolve the magnesium chloride.
Dissolve Magnesium Flakes

These are amazing...ive always used Epsom salts before but I prefer these now..they help with relaxation and sleep...only need a small handful so will last a long time...would definately recommend!
