How to use

Two ways to soak

In the bath

Dissolve 2 to 5 handfuls (250 to 500g) in warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes or longer.

As a foot soak

Dissolve 1 to 2 handfuls (100 to 250g) in a bowl of warm water. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.

Reseal the pack after every use and store somewhere cool and dry. The salts naturally attract moisture and may clump, which doesn't affect their quality.

Wellbeing tips

Five ways to make your soak count

1 · Make it a ritual

Dim the lights, leave your phone in another room and give yourself 20 minutes that are just for you.

2 · Warm, not hot

Comfortably warm water is more relaxing than very hot, and kinder to your skin.

3 · Hydrate

Keep a glass of water nearby, especially after a workout. Our Electrolytes are an easy way to top up.

4 · Moisturise after

Pat skin dry and smooth on our Hand & Body Cream while it's still slightly damp.

5 · Wind down for bed

An evening soak is a lovely way to switch off before sleep. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil if your skin isn't sensitive to it.

Questions

Good to know

What are Epsom salts?

Epsom salts are pure magnesium sulfate, a naturally occurring mineral. They dissolve easily in warm water to create a relaxing, mineral-rich bath.

How much should I use?

2 to 5 handfuls (250 to 500g) in a warm bath, or 1 to 2 handfuls (100 to 250g) for a foot soak. Soak for 20 minutes or longer.

Can I use them every day?

Yes, daily use is fine for most people. If you have sensitive skin, start with fewer salts and build up gradually.

Do they contain detergent sulfates?

No. Magnesium sulfate is a naturally occurring mineral salt, not a detergent sulfate, so it's gentle on the skin.

Can I use them if I'm pregnant?

Bath salts are generally considered safe during pregnancy. Always speak to your doctor if you have any concerns or health conditions.

Why have my salts clumped?

Epsom salts naturally attract moisture from the air. Clumping doesn't affect their quality. Reseal the pack after use and store it somewhere cool and dry.
