Two ways to use it
As a mask, 1 to 2 times a week
Massage a small amount onto clean, dry face, neck and décolleté. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse and wipe away with a damp muslin cloth.
As a daily cleanser
Massage into damp skin and rinse off with water for a gentle daily exfoliating cleanse.
Then
Follow with your serum and moisturiser, and SPF in the morning.

How often should I use it?

What are enzyme exfoliants?
Natural exfoliators, usually from fruit like pineapple, that break down dead skin cells on the surface. They're gentler than scrubs or strong acids, so they suit sensitive skin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's fragrance free and dermatologically approved for sensitive skin. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test first.
Can I use it with the Exfoliating Tonic?
Not straight after. The mask already exfoliates, so use acids like our Exfoliating Tonic on a different day to avoid over-exfoliating.
Is it safe in pregnancy?
Yes, it's suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have any concerns, speak to your healthcare provider.
Does it contain nuts?
Yes. It contains sweet almond and apricot kernel oils, so it isn't suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.
