Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Lucy Bee Cacao/ Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate
- 2 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 medium banana
- 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
Method
- Add the Lucy Bee Cacao/ Lucy Bee Drinking Chocolate, peanut butter, banana, and Lucy Bee Coconut Milk to a blender (I used a nutribullet) and blitz until blended.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds, and place in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
