Subscribe and Save Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Our “Subscribe & Save” service (“Subscription Service”) allows customers to receive selected products on a recurring basis at a discounted price. By enrolling in this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to our general website Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions at our discretion.

3. Subscription Details

• By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically process and dispatch your selected products at the frequency chosen during sign-up.
• Subscription frequency options are selected by you and can be modified via your account (subject to notice periods outlined below).
• Each order placed under the Subscription Service is treated as a separate contract of sale.

4. Pricing & Discounts

• Subscribers receive a discount off the standard retail price as advertised at the time of subscription.
• Subscribe and save is based off of the RRP of the product, if the product is on discount it will still be based off the RRP not the discounted price.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and/or discount levels at any time.
• If pricing changes:
  • You will be notified in advance where reasonably possible.
  • The new price will apply to future deliveries only.
    

5. Payments

• By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments using your chosen payment method.
• Payments are processed automatically prior to each dispatch.
• If payment fails:
  • We will contact you in regard to the failed payment.
  • We will retry payment 3 times at 1-day intervals. If all attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled.
  • Your order may be delayed or cancelled.

• We reserve the right to suspend your subscription.

6. Delivery

• Deliveries will be made in accordance with your selected schedule.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays outside of our control (for example, courier issues or weather).
• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are accurate and up to date.
• Delivery charges for Subscribe & Save orders are calculated in accordance with our standard delivery rates (see our delivery fees here).
• If the value of a subscription order falls below the applicable free delivery threshold, delivery charges will apply.

7. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your account, including:

• Skipping a delivery
• Changing delivery frequency
• Updating payment or address details
• Cancelling your subscription

Notice Period:

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date.
• Requests made after this window may apply to the following cycle.

8. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting customer support.
• Cancellation will take effect after any already processed orders.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• No cancellation fees apply unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
• Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our legal obligations and stated policy.

10. Product Availability

• All subscriptions are subject to product availability.
• If a product is unavailable, we may delay shipment or cancel that delivery.
• You will be notified where possible.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Subscription Service in whole or in part
• Change delivery schedules, pricing, or product offerings
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.

12. Misuse & Abuse of Subscription Service

We aim to provide a fair and reliable service for all customers. We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Subscription Service and take action where misuse is suspected.

Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:

• Repeatedly subscribing and cancelling to exploit offers or discounts
• Excessive or abnormal order patterns inconsistent with personal use
• Abuse of refund, returns, or failed payment processes
• Reselling products purchased through the Subscription Service without authorisation
• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or bad-faith activity

Our rights in cases of suspected misuse:

• Suspend or cancel your subscription(s) immediately
• Refuse future access to the Subscription Service
• Cancel pending orders
• Remove or reclaim discounts or promotional benefits
• Restrict or close associated customer accounts
• Take further action where necessary, including legal action

We are not obligated to provide prior notice where we reasonably believe abuse or misuse has occurred.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Subscription Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the most recent subscription order.

14. Data Protection

• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payment details are handled securely via our payment providers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Fair Use Clause

We reserve the right to apply a “fair use” policy to ensure the Subscription Service is used as intended. Where usage falls outside what we reasonably consider normal consumer behaviour, we may take action as outlined above.

17. Promotions, Discount Codes & Loyalty Reward Credits

• Subscribe & Save orders are not eligible for use with any other discounts, including but not limited to promotional codes, offers, or loyalty reward credits.
• Only one discount may be applied per order, and the Subscribe & Save discount will take precedence.
• Where multiple discounts are applied, we reserve the right to remove such discounts and charge the correct order value or cancel the order.
• Loyalty reward credits are not valid on any subscription-based purchases.
• This includes both the initial subscription order and all subsequent recurring orders.
• We reserve the right to exclude subscription products from promotions at our discretion.
