How to get credits
Earn V-I-Bee reward credits to spend, as thanks from us to you for your loyalty.
- Create an account (registration) - £5
- Birthday - £5
- Refer friends - £10 for you and £10 for your friend (given as £5 welcome and £5 for being referred) read more about refer a friend below to find out how to use it
- Credit on order – 5% of every order value added to your account to spend on future orders
Register for an account and join the Lucy BeeHive, and we’ll give you credits worth £5 - you can spend this on your first order, and will need to refresh the page to see the credit added to your account. Other benefits of having an account include:
-Earn credits every time you purchase from us, to spend on future orders
-You can save your delivery address details for a quick checkout
-Save your payment details to save you having to add them each time you order
-Update your details at any time such as, change your password
-Share your skin type or skin concerns so we can give you bespoke info on products

Refer a friend - send your unique link to your family and friends (this link is found in your VIBee account). Your friend receives £10 VIBee credit (given as £5 welcome credit and £5 for being referred) when they sign up through your link, which can be spent on their first order along with any other credits they have. After your friend places an order, you will receive £10 in credits which is automatically applied to your VIBee account. T&Cs apply (please note: you can only refer a friend who is not a current VIBee account holder & has not previously purchased from Lucy Bee).
Earn credits every time you order – every Lucy Bee customer is a V-I-Bee and as thanks for your loyalty we will give you 5% of your order total in credits each time you order. This means the more you spend, the more you earn back!
How to spend your credits
-Log into your account and shop as usual
-Go to your basket and click on "select option to redeem your credits"
-Click on your credits
-Click on checkout to automatically redeem your credits - note ShopPay and AppePay are set up in such a way that the credits cannot be applied so make sure you choose the Check Out button instead
You can redeem your credits on any order value, though these cannot be used if purchasing samples only. If your credits total more than the order value the balance will be saved in your account.
Please note: as what is usual with online shopping, credits cannot be used with any other discount code, including promotions on the site.

Unused VIBee credits between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022: Expiry notification
If you already use your Lucy Bee V-I-Bee credits this doesn’t affect you. We are notifying you that any credits that haven’t been used that were earned between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022 will expire in 3 months time (on the 9th November).
How to spend your credits:
- Log in to your account first and then shop as normal
- Go to your bag and click on ‘select option to redeem your credits’
- Click on the amount of available credits you have
- Click on checkout to redeem your credits
