We ship from the UK to Japan via UPS door-to-ddor tracked service so you can follow your order from the time it leaves us until the time it arrives with you.
Are there Customs duties/taxes to pay?
There are no Customs duties or taxes to pay unless your order is over ¥5000 (approx.) which are unfortunately out of our control.
Where applicable, these can be paid either cash on delivery or online, through the tracking link - please keep a note of the reference as the delivery driver will need to see this to release your parcel to you.
What Happens Once I Place My Order?
- Lucy Bee will email you to confirm your order
- Once the order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. From this you can receive the most up-to-date shipping information from the carrier, by clicking on the link Track Shipment. Please refer to this in the first instance for any shipping and delivery queries relating to your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can do this through the link that we email to you once your order has shipped and we recommend checking this in the first instance for any queries about your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: It may take a while for the carrier to update your tracking information on their site.
What Happens to My Delivery if I Am Not Home?
Please refer to your tracking link for updates. The carrier will email or text you if you're not in, with options as to where you want your order delivered, including if you'd like it left in a safe place, or delivered to a collection point.
The carrier will make 1 delivery attempt, after which they return the parcel to us, so please keep an eye on your tracking to avoid any issues, thank you. We're always happy to help if you have any questions.
I Gave the Wrong Address on My Order, Please Help!
Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and if your order has not been shipped, we can change the shipping details as requested.
If your order has already shipped, we will do our best to contact the carrier to try to get this corrected. Please bear with us on this though as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect delivery address which has been provided on your order.
Do You Ship to Military Addresses?
Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship to military addresses and we apologize for any inconvenience.

This is an area in which we’re conscious of doing something practical to help curb these effects and we’ve looked at various schemes set up for carbon offsetting.
