We would recommend shaving and exfoliating your skin 24 hours before applying the Tanning Mousse, to ensure that dead skin cells have been removed, allowing the tan to go on more evenly. After shaving and exfoliating we would recommend applying moisturiser to your skin.

On the day of tanning, we recommend applying a small amount of moisturiser to any dry areas of skin, don’t over apply as this will impact how well the tan develops. As you have mentioned you have very dry skin, you could apply some moisturiser in the morning then apply the tan an hour or so later to ensure it has sunk in. We would like to mention though, that moisturiser does act as a barrier so we cannot guarantee how well the tan will develop if there is potentially moisturiser left on the skin.

Our Tanning Mousse also contains coconut water to nourish and hydrate the skin whilst it works its magic, so it isn’t really drying on the skin.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions and we hope you love the tan!

Hello, I’m looking at purchasing the Tanning Mousse. I’ve watched the video of how to apply and the ttips and tricks. I suffer with dry skin anyway, i moisturise everyday, but when I shave my legs especially I do need to apply a bit of moisture. If I was to shave my legs the day before and then apply fake tan the day after my legs would be quite dry how would I over come this?
