How does Subscribe & Save work?

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you’re signing up for a convenient, flexible way to receive your favourite products regularly without needing to reorder each time.

Simply select the subscription option on the product page, choose your preferred delivery frequency (for example, every 2, 4, or 8 weeks), and place your order as usual. From then on, your order will be automatically processed and delivered at your chosen interval.

Your payment method will be charged automatically each time your order is processed. Please note that shipping costs are applied separately and are not included in the subscription price.

You’re always in control, you can:

  • Change how often you receive your products
  • Skip or postpone upcoming deliveries
  • Cancel your subscription at any time

All changes can be made easily before your next order is processed, at no extra cost.

I’ve accidentally subscribed

If you’ve signed up for a subscription by mistake, you can cancel it quickly and easily at any time before your next order is processed.

Make sure you are logged in to the account you used to raise the order and follow the steps here:

Once cancelled, you won’t be charged for any future orders.

I want to change the frequency of my subscription

You can adjust your delivery schedule whenever it suits you.

Whether you want your products more often or less frequently, simply update your subscription settings and choose a new delivery interval.

Your updated schedule will apply to future orders, provided the change is made before your next order is processed.

I want to postpone my delivery

Need a little more time before your next order arrives? You can delay your upcoming delivery.

Just select a new delivery date that works better for you using your subscription dashboard.

This is perfect if you still have product left or are going away.

I want to cancel my subscription

You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees or commitments.

Once cancelled, no further orders will be processed or charged.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically when your subscription order is processed.

This will occur at the same time as the initial order at the set interval that you chose when ordering (unless you have updated your future orders shipment time)

Will I be notified before my order is sent?

Yes, we’ll send you a reminder email before your next order is processed.

We will send a notification 10 days before, and then 2 days before, about your upcoming subscription and you will then be notified of the billing, or failed billing, at the time the order is created

Can I change the products in my subscription?

We currently don't offer this service, but you are able to have multiple subscriptions running a the same time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No there’s no minimum commitment.

You’re free to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.

Do I save money with Subscribe & Save?

Yes, Subscribe & Save currently offers up to a 15% discount compared to one-time purchases.

The exact savings will be shown on the product page when you select the subscription option.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you and attempt to process it again.

Can I have multiple subscriptions at once?

Yes, you can subscribe to multiple products at the same time.

Each subscription can have its own delivery schedule, giving you full flexibility depending on your needs.

What happens if I cancel after an order is processed?

If your order has already been shipped, it won’t be able to be cancelled.

However, cancelling your subscription will stop all future orders from being created.
