Hi Claire, we are pleased to hear that you enjoy using our cleansing cream - and thank you for sharing your feedback re: packaging. We are sorry that you are not getting all of your product out of the tube. As with all of our products, we research and use the most ethical and environmentally friendly packaging available to us at the time, which also reflects and complements the quality of the product. For the cleanser we chose an aluminium tube because this not only protects the product inside keeping it dry, but it can be continuously and repeatedly recycled without losing its quality, making this a sustainable option. Due to the aluminium used, we suggest always gently getting the product out from the top and working your way down - we are sorry the tube turner is not working for you, you may be able to gently unroll the tube and press the tube down to get any left over product.
