How to Use
As a mask: Massage a small amount onto cleansed face, neck and décolletage. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse and wipe away with a damp muslin cloth. As you rinse it off, the gel turns to a milky consistency.
As a cleanser: Massage into damp skin and rinse off with water.

Yes, this fragrance free, enzyme exfoliating face mask is dermatologically approved for sensitive skin. We always recommend patch testing when introducing any new product, especially on sensitive skin types.
Can I use acids (like the Exfoliating Tonic) after using the Moringa Mask?
We advise not using exfoliating acids (like AHA or BHA toners) immediately after using the Pineapple Enzyme Mask, as it already provides gentle exfoliation through natural enzymes. Over-exfoliating may compromise your skin barrier, leading to dryness or irritation. You can still use other exfoliants, just space out their use to avoid over-exfoliation. Always follow with SPF.
What are enzyme exfoliants?
Enzyme exfoliants are natural exfoliators, typically derived from fruit, like pineapple extract that break down dead skin cells on the skin’s surface. Unlike physical scrubs or stronger acids, they gently support cell turnover and help reveal a brighter, smoother complexion without irritation.

I have been using this pine ale enzyme mask since first launched , and is my favourite mask by far.
No other mask leaves your skin feeling quite so fresh, soothed and dewy.

Odd smell, and not the most rewarding as a cleanser in terms of feeling like it’s working whilst rubbing it on and washing it off. Not used it as a mask so cannot comment on that. I’ve been using as a traditional cleanser with water but maybe wiping it off with a damp muslin cloth would be better - just more washing to do!

The cleanser has a gel texture that emulsifies into a milky consistency when water is added. While it can be rinsed away with water alone, many customers find it works best when removed with a warm, damp muslin cloth, helping to lift away impurities and leave skin feeling soft and refreshed.
It can also be used as a mask, which is the best way to get results from the enzymes, apply and leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off with a damp muslin cloth. This allows the pineapple enzymes and lactic acid to exfoliate the skin, helping to leave it smoother and brighter.

I have tried various masks in the past ( mainly clay ) but after using them they have on a few occasions left the skin dry and sore around my nose , this was brought to my attention but one of the staff at Lucy bee as I was asking for something to cleanse my skin as I like face scrubs but the issue is getting a good one that works and doesn't make my skin sore plus I also have an eye issue so the scrubs I am cautious of just in case any of the gritty part gets in to my eyes.
I have tried this about three times now , you only need a small blob of it and once you have washed it off and you have dried your face my skin it feels very and looks refreshed.

I’ve always struggled with face masks as I find them very drying. Also, exfoliation and scrubs dry my skin out. When I learned that an enzyme mask would be better suited to my skin, I found the Lucy Bee enzyme mask which is also a lovely cleanser. It has really helped my skin and feels luxurious! I’ve used it as both a cleanser and mask and it works wonders. My skin feels lovely and soft afterwards. A little goes a long way too so it’s great value for money. I’ll definitely purchase again. I dont like face masks that go hard and crack I find they dry my skin out. This mask glides on and come off so easy, you can have it on for 5 mins or 20 mins and you will notice the difference! The tube goes along way so good value for money too!

Love this product. The texture is a rich thick gel which applies beautifully and only takes 10-15 mins to work its magic. Not a lover of how it smells…its not strong or overpowering but just an unusual smell but that’s my only slight gripe and it certainly won’t stop me using it as the benefits way outweigh this

One of the best masks I have tried to date as it doubles up as a cleanser and a mask! Great to use if you are in a rush or apply for longer for a radiant treatment.
