No. VIBee purchase credits are a benefit of shopping with Lucy Bee. You can earn them when checking out as a guest, too. Email signup is separate and gives you news, advice and subscriber offers.
How do I check my balance?Show answer +Hide answer −
Log in to your Lucy Bee account using the email address you used when shopping. Open the loyalty credits section to see your balance and credit history. On mobile, you may need to scroll across the account menu.
I have credits, but I cannot log in. What should I do?Show answer +Hide answer −
Your credits may already be linked to your email address even if you have not activated your online account. Use the create-account option with that same email address and follow the verification email. If you still cannot get in, our team can help.
Will activating my account give me another £5?Show answer +Hide answer −
The £5 welcome credit is awarded once. If it has already been added to your customer record, activating your account lets you access it; it does not add a second welcome credit.
Can I use credits with my 15% first-order code?Show answer +Hide answer −
No. Choose either your discount code or your available VIBee credits for that order. Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. You can still earn purchase credits on promotional orders for a future eligible purchase.
Can I spend credits on Subscribe & Save orders?Show answer +Hide answer −
No. VIBee credits cannot be redeemed on subscription orders. You can manage your Subscribe & Save options separately in your Lucy Bee account.
Why can’t I see the option to redeem my credits?Show answer +Hide answer −
Check that you are logged in using the email address linked to your credits. In your basket, look for “Select option to redeem your credits” before proceeding to checkout. Redemption may be unavailable during promotions. If your order is eligible and the option is still missing, contact us.

Credits cannot be used on samples-only orders or to purchase eGift Vouchers. They cannot be combined with discount codes, other promotions or subscription orders. Redemption may be temporarily switched off during promotions.

The unused balance stays in your account for a future eligible order.

Add your birthday to your account. Birthday credits are worth £5, awarded once a year per customer and valid for 30 days. Duplicate-account credits may be removed.
How do referrals work?Show answer +Hide answer −
Find your unique referral link in the referral section of your account and send it to your friend. They must create their account through that link so your accounts are connected. They must be new to VIBee and must not have purchased from Lucy Bee before. Your referral reward is added after their qualifying order. Self-referrals are not allowed.
