Cleansing cream

Absolutely love this cleanser. Working outside in the elements and being menopausal, my skin has become a little sore and sensitive. This cleanser has helped to calm it down. Now ordered the moisturiser to try!

Best cleanser I’ve ever used

I’ve been using this for over a year now and wouldn’t use any other cleanser. It removes makeup (including mascara!) and I love the fact you can use it on your skin and over eyes to remove everything rather than using separate eye make up removal stuff. I have problematic skin and it’s so lush, it doesn’t dry my skin or make it breakout. Recommend using the tube turner with it too!

Lovely Cream, Disliked the Packaging choice

The cream is lovely, although compared to others I've used I didn't feel much went very far and when you're paying the prices you are for it I'd expect more out of it.
The really disappointing thing for me was the tube. Yes I spent extra and bought the key to get more out but I would argue that there's still a good 2 uses left in my tube that I can't get out! The tubs that the moisturisers and scrubs are in are far better as you can scrape every last bit out. Another brand I use have recycled plastic tubes which at least you can cut in half when nearly done and scrape out every last bit.

We are sorry that you are not getting all of your product out of the tube. As with all of our products, we research and use the most ethical and environmentally friendly packaging available to us at the time, which also reflects and complements the quality of the product. For the cleanser we chose an aluminium tube because this not only protects the product inside keeping it dry, but it can be continuously and repeatedly recycled without losing its quality, making this a sustainable option. Due to the aluminium used, we suggest always gently getting the product out from the top and working your way down - we are sorry the tube turner is not working for you, you may be able to gently unroll the tube and press the tube down to get any left over product.
