Spiced Porridge with Cacao

Ingredients

  • 40g gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 200ml Coconut Milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 small banana, sliced

 

Method

  1. Add the oats, Cacao Powder, cinnamon and Coconut Milk to a saucepan and, on a medium/low heat, cook until the oats have swelled and are cooked through (about 5 minutes or so), stirring to make sure it doesn’t stick.
  2. Serve in a bowl, topped with the banana.
