How to use
Your perfect tan in five steps
1 · Prep
Exfoliate with our Exfoliating Body Mitt and moisturise dry areas 24 hours before tanning.
2 · Apply
Pump the mousse onto a tanning mitt and sweep over skin, using the guide colour to check coverage.
3 · Face & details
Use sparingly on elbows, knees, ankles and hands. For your face, our kabuki blending brush gives you precision, control and a streak-free, airbrushed finish.
4 · Develop
Rinse after 2 hours for a medium tan, or leave for 6–8 hours for a darker colour.
5 · Maintain
Moisturise daily to help your tan fade evenly. Our Hand & Body Cream is perfect for this.

How long does the tan last?
Usually around 5 days, depending on your skin type, exfoliating routine and natural cell turnover. It fades gradually, like a natural tan.
Will it wash off in the shower?
No. It isn't a wash-off tan, so once it has developed it fades gradually over a few days.
What colour will I go?
The more mousse you use, the darker the tan. Erythrulose helps balance orange tones for a natural-looking result, and you can build it up with another layer.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes, use a small amount or what's left on your mitt, blended with a kabuki brush. For more control on your face, try our Self-Tan Drops.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's dermatologically approved as suitable for sensitive skin. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test first.
Can I apply it before bed?
Yes. It dries quickly and isn't sticky, so you can apply it in the evening and rinse in the morning.
