Please note: we have heavily discounted this product due to the fact that some pumps do not work. This wasn’t something which was flagged when tested on compatibility testing but has been brought to our attention after customer feedback. The packaging pump and aluminium bottle do not work with the formulation due to the rich consistency of this wonderful formulation.
We have been trying to look at solutions for this and will be changing the packaging moving forward, but for now we have a lot of stock and as a small business it is not viable for us to throw it away. So, for complete transparency as always, we have reduced the cost of this product as it is loved by so many. If your pump is faulty, you can unscrew this and use it to get the product out as well as store the bottle upside down when getting towards the end of the product to help get the product out.
There is always a challenge with packaging especially when trying to be as sustainable and ethical as possible and using what is available on the market. Big lessons have been learnt and we are always looking to improve.
