What do I Taste Like?
Our Coconut Sugar has a sweet, caramel flavour. Despite its name, it doesn’t taste of coconut!
Where am I From?
Our Coconut Sugar is from Central Java, Indonesia and is the crystallised sap of the coconut palm tree, which has been heated to evaporate the moisture. The result is a syrupy consistency, known as ‘toddy', which is further reduced to delicious caramel sugar crystals.
