United Kingdom Shipping

Create your order as you usually would and select "Pick Up" at checkout, this enables you to collect your order from our warehouse and save on delivery fees.

Once your order has been fulfilled please come and collect it between 9.30am - 4pm. 

Please note your order must be collected within 7 days from being fulfilled, if it is not collected after this time your order may be cancelled.

 

Samples

If ordering samples (available here) on their own, these will be shipped with free delivery via Royal Mail first class post, up to an order value of £15. If over this, the samples are sent via Royal Mail 48hour tracked and the delivery fee is as above.

Orders after 12pm (midday) are generally processed the next working day, however at certain times when we are particularly busy, such as Bank Holidays or during promos and offers, we may take longer to process orders so please bear with us. In addition, our warehouse is closed over the weekend and UK Bank Holidays which means orders are not dispatched or collected by the courier during this time.

Undelivered Parcels

We reserve the right to retain your payment to cover costs incurred by Lucy Bee, when the courier returns a parcel to us. The courier charges us for both deliveries (out and back again) plus a handling fee. 

Armed Forces

Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to Armed Forces post codes.
