- Remove the pipette from the bottle, pull it up so it is no longer submerged in the serum.
- Squeeze and hold the pressure on the bulb, this will expel all the air from the pipette.
- Place the pipette back into the bottle and gently release the pressure from the bulb - this creates a suction that draws up the serum and means the pipette will fill with the serum.
- Do not squeeze again while the pipette is in the bottle as this will evacuate the serum from the pipette and won't be suctioned back up into the pipette.
- Remove from the bottle and squeeze the bulb to dispense the serum.
