Sautéed Banana with Cinnamon and Flaked Almonds

  • 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Oil
  • 1 banana
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp. yoghurt of your choice
  • 1 tbsp. almond flakes


  1. Slice the banana and lightly sauté in melted Lucy Bee Coconut Oil and a shake of Cinnamon Powder to suit your taste. Gently move around the pan and turn as it cooks.
  2. Serve with Greek yoghurt and almond flakes.
