- 250g of yoghurt (vegan and dairy free)
- 150g raspberries
- 1 tbsp. of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp. Lucy Bee Cinnamon Powder
- 50g nuts of your choice e.g. hazelnuts or cashews, chopped
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine
- Spread out the mixture onto a small baking tray and place in the freezer.
- Once frozen, cut into squares to enjoy.
