- 200ml Lucy Bee Coconut Milk
- 2-4 tsp. Lucy Bee Coconut Sugar
- 160g blackcurrants (or berries of your choice)
- To a blender (I used a nutribullet) add the Lucy Bee Coconut milk, Lucy Bee Coconut Sugar, and berries and blitz until blended well.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds.
- Place into the freezer, for 6 hours at least, or overnight if possible.
