HIIT workout from home!

Today we've got a great HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout for you to do, all from home. No equipment is needed and you can adapt it to your level of fitness.

For this workout you will need to:

  • Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with no rest in between
  • Perform the 6 exercises, then have a rest for 60 seconds
  • Repeat the circuit for 3 sets
