Full Body Stretch

Today we've got some simple stretches for you to try. These cover most of the major parts of the body that are likely to stiffen up. 

They can all be done with no equipment and with little space required. These can either be done in conjunction with a workout or if you're just generally feeling stiff and need loosening up. You can even try them whilst watching tv.

Tom, I love these short videos but particularly love this latest one, the 20second stretches, simple but very effective. I’m not a fit person at all but I am, shall we say, a mature lady and these exercises are excellent for me. I do work at a desk and especially over the lockdown kind of year we’ve had I’ve really gotten out of my exercise routine. Thanks Tom!
