5 Stretches to Help Loosen You Up

Here are some simple stretches to help relax you and ease tension in your body, with a focus on your back, neck and shoulders.

I’d recommend trying to do these each day or if you’re feeling especially stiff. You don’t need any equipment and you can even do them watching tv or listening to your favourite podcast!
