As per government guidelines, our warehouse is still up and running. Of course, the safety of our employees is of utmost importance and for this reason, we have limited staff in the warehouse which means that your order may take longer to be processed than usual. We use UPS tracked delivery to get your order to you and to most mainland UK post codes we give FREE delivery on orders over £25.
The exception to this is N.Ireland, islands and highlands, and where UPS add an extended area surcharge to some post codes which can be found here.
When it comes to getting your order to you and the shipping fee, we always aim to be completely fair which is why we pay either all or part of the fee that UPS make to us for a delivery.
Please note: Where a discount code has been used, delivery fees are applicable if the final order total falls below the thresholds below.
Managing Your UPS Delivery
UPS will email you the day before your delivery is due.
If you're not in to receive your order, UPS will deliver it to one of their access points, for you to collect from there. It's important that you keep an eye on the delivery through the tracking link which you can access in our Shipping Confirmation email and from the Shipping Update message that you receive from UPS. If your order is delivered to a UPS access point for you to collect from there, it will only be held at the access point for one week before being returned to us, and this will incur costs which we will recover before making any refund. This is because we are charged for the delivery and return, plus an admin fee, by UPS and we hope you understand our position.

Lucy Bee pays £8 towards delivery, making it FREE delivery for the customer to most addresses. Some addresses incur a surcharge by UPS, in which case anything over £8 is paid by the customer. 1-3 working day delivery

Lucy Bee contributes £2.50 towards the delivery fee, with the excess paid by the customer. 1-3 working day delivery
|£14.99 and under ex VAT||
The full charge is paid by the customer. 1-3 working day delivery
Order value over £50: Lucy Bee pays £9 towards the delivery, with any excess paid by the customer. UPS 2-4 working day delivery.
Order value over £60: Lucy Bee pays £14 toward delivery, making it FREE delivery for the customer to most addresses.
Order value over £40: Lucy Bee pays £9 towards delivery.
Some areas incur a surcharge by UPS, in which case anything over the amount paid by Lucy Bee is paid by the customer.
Order value under £40: Delivery is upwards of £13, depending on your postcode and is paid in full by the customer. UPS 2-4 working day delivery.
UPS 2-4 business day tracked delivery.
Orders after 12pm (midday) are generally processed the next working day, however at certain times when we are particularly busy, we may take longer to process orders so please bear with us.

We reserve the right to retain your payment to cover costs incurred by Lucy Bee, when the courier returns a parcel to us. The courier charges us for both deliveries (out and back again) plus a handling fee and this is upwards of £17.50 depending on the delivery address.
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to Armed Forces post codes.
